Music Teacher and Band Director Jim Howell with his Synergy Deluxe prototype conga drum sent to him by Toca Percussion. Mr. Howell is now a Toca Percussion Artist and is always excited to find new ways to provide appropriate lessons for students with special needs. Sometimes students require specific instruments and accommodations to make music. Mr. Howell will continue to find what is best for all of his students and share that information!
